During your consultation call, send the parent to our consultation homepage, designed specifically for this step. Have them share their screen and walk them through the session types in real time—have them click “Sign Up,” which will guide them through signing the contract, making their first payment, and selecting their recurring session time.
Be sure to stay with them during this process, as we never accept payment without a signed contract. This ensures everything is completed in one step.
Once they’ve finished, go into your virtual calendar and set up their recurring tutoring sessions to match their selected time. For support, refer to the how-to video below.

How we pay our tutors
Tutors are paid at the end of each month. We pay our tutors a flat rate of $65 per session. All payments are processed through recurring invoices, so there’s no need for tutors or parents to send or fill out invoices manually.
Our system doesn’t currently support custom tutor pricing. However, we provide each tutor with discount codes—5%, 10%, and 15%—to offer flexibility based on the student’s location and financial circumstances. To learn how to apply a coupon, please refer to the video above. If a tutor chooses to provide their students a discount, the discount is removed from their own earnings, not Bilgrav Learning’s.
